With an established career in Graphic Design, Marketing and Events in the fashion and luxury industries, SFAtelier Weddings was spearheaded by Stephen Russell-Brett who, along with the team, brings their creative and obsessive organisational skills to a careers worth of events and impactful launches for both private and brand clients.
Stephen Francis Atelier has been awarded best stand at the Wedding Expo at the Ticketpro Dome and have appeared in publications such as Wedding Guide and Briudsgids. We have collaborated with brands such as Pronovias, Legacy Group, Confetti Bridal, and Amour Designs amongst others.

Our involvement is limited to these services; leaving the full coordination and planning we normally provide under the Stephen Francis Atelier banner, to you, or other partners. SFAtelier CONSULT
For those on an average budget there is now a way to tap into the insights, ideas and expert guidance that a wedding planner brings.
SFA Consult is a service to Kick Start Your Wedding Planning, aimed at couples who need that initial steer to set them in the right direction. It is also popular with couples who have hit a wall, or a snag, and need our expertise to iron it out. SFA Consult is totally flexible to your needs. Whether you need the consultation to address budget allocation, scheduling, unlocking your theme and scheme in a design session, offer supplier recommendations, or discuss venue options, Stephen Francis Atelier will share all our intel and insights to get you on the fast track to plan your wedding like a pro.
A 2 hour consultation with Stephen Russell-Brett is R3200.
A 1 hour express service is R1600.
If you then need further ad-hoc support throughout your wedding planning this is charged at R1350.00 an hour.
SFAtelier DRESS QUEST
With a keen eye for style, and in-depth knowledge of bridal wear, Stephen Francis Atelier are launching a service tailored to help brides find their dream dress. Whether you simply need recommendations to set you on your way, would also like to book SFAtelier Concierge to handle booking and scheduling appointments, or would like the full experience with a Stephen Francis Atelier stylist joining you on a day of dress appointments, the new Dress Quest service is ideal for modern brides who want a stylists eye to guide them through the maze of tulle and to a bridal look that speaks of them.
Dress Quest Q&A – R1 350.00 for an hour
Dress Quest Concierge – R 1500.
Dress Quest Day – R 7500.
SFAtelier STYLE SESSIONS
Stephen Francis Atelier are known for their unique and creative approach to wedding day styling.
While we currently offer a full styling service, this Style Session is designed for those on a more modest budget and who have time to manage the creation of the styling aspects themselves. This session therefore focusses on a Q&A to pinpoint the couples style and vision. From this SFAtelier devise a series of mood boards to bring their wedding theme and scheme to life. Supporting this, SFAtelier then open up their black book on how to create the look – from suppliers to book, to hire companies to contact, to places to source all the particulars from. We then hand over to the couple to bring all of the inspiration and insights to life.
